Jones leaves MUMFC in September 2023, after several years working with the clubs élite programmes. Murdoch increased its profile significantly during his tenure, including moving elite programmes from Len Shearer to the Stadium at the Murdoch University, being promoted from men’s second division into first division and finishing as NPL women’s champions two years in a row.

Former MUMFC Goal Keeper Zara Board Selected for Junior and Young Matildas
Zara Board spent several years developing her skills with MUMFC and the NPL21’s before claiming a first team NPLW spot at Subiaco in 2022. Her National team journey started with the Junior Matildas training camp earlier in 2022 and selection in the squad that travelled to the AFC U18 Championships in Indonesia in August. Now 17, Zara has transitioned into the Young Matildas squad. Good luck Zara!
U13 and 15s Tour to Brisbane 2022
4 matches lined up against Brisbane Strikers, Brisbane City FC, Eastern Suburbs FC & Gold Coast United. A handful of draws, wins and losses over the week helped the boys learn some valuable new life and football experiences against tough and different opposition.
Ruby Cuthbert Represents Junior Matilda’s 2022
Congratulations to Ruby Cuthbert who captained the Junior Matildas in November.
Ruby previously played at MUM FC in a cup winning U14s girls team, before joining the NTC programme in 2022 and is now representing our country!!
Patrick Sara Takes Out Football West State League Player of the Year 2022
Massive congratulations to Patrick Sara who took out Player of the Year in the Men’s State League Division 1 at the 2022 Football West awards!!
Patty was looking as sharp as he does on the pitch when receiving his award.

Bunbury Cup Winners 2022
Congratulions to our U11s Blue Development Squad who took top honours at the Bunbury Cup this year! After slumping to a defeat in their first group match, the team rallied and proceeded to go all the way and win the final. Winning the Cup capped of a wonderful season for these young guns. Well done to players and coaches
2022 Borneo Cup Squad
Our 16s JNPL squad participated in the 2022 Borneo Cup in Kota Kinabalu. The boys finished in the Top Four under Coach John Teixeira.
